Well another week has flown by, and were at the tail end of another month.  Here is my card for

Our theme this week is Easter

Here is my Card for our sponsors.

The image I used this week is Egg Tower and I coloured it using my promarkers.  I used a spellbinders die from the card creator range - A2 Fancy Ribbon Ribbon.  I went round the edge with Spun Sugar distress ink.  The papers I used was from Papermania Colossal Paper Pack, Easter Themes and I also used spun sugar around the edge.  My sentiment is from a stamp set I purchased while I was in florida its from Hero Arts code is C498 and is cut out with a labels twenty eight die.  The Silver mirror swirls that are under the flowers are from the Jewel Flowers and Flourishes Die set from Spellbinders and the Corners are also a spellbinders die set called Frame One from the Die-D Lites range.  The flowers are stamped from the Majestic Morning Blooms set HCPC3580, Vintage Morning Background set from Heartfelt Creations and cut them out with the co-ordinating die, with flat back pearls for centres.

Our theme this week is Paper Piecing

Front

This is a kinda DL card with about 1 and 1/4 cut away to show the inside of the card (see below) using up the left over free paper from my last project I got in a magazine.  I used and Martha Stewart border punch on both sides of a piece of blue card stock and a narrow strip of hessian ribbon down the center, with two little fasteners from pinflair.   The image was printed on white card stock and die cut with a spellbinders labels and paper pieced with the same back ground paper.  this was them mounted onto a piece of brown card stock and embossed with a cogs embossing folder.  the sentiment  was from lily of the valley round sentiments and punched out using a stampin up punch.

Inside

I put in a white insert with a happy Father's Day sentiment stamped onto a white card stock again die cut with a spellbinders label die and inked around the edge with vintage photo.  I also attached a piece of the backing paper down the outside of the insert.

Storage for my Masks

Hi everyone

Was watching Ali Reeve on a recording I had from create and craft and she was showcasing a
little storage container for the 6 x 6 mask she produces.  As usual by the time I got round to watching it
the items were sold out.  Being one of those people with very little patience waiting on things coming back into stock I decided to make my own version.

From this pile of masks

To this neat storage

Tyvek,
Double sided tape,
